What's actually in the can
Six actives, all dosed on the front of the can. No blends, no hidden amounts, nothing on the label that is not doing a job.
The stack
- Alpha-GPC — 500 mg. A choline compound that crosses into the brain and feeds acetylcholine, the neurotransmitter behind focus and recall. This is the dose used in human research, not a token amount. More on why the number matters.
- Caffeine — 120 mg. From natural green tea extract. About one and a half espressos: enough to raise the ceiling, low enough to drink at 2 pm and still sleep. The reasoning behind 120 instead of 300.
- L-Tyrosine — 70 mg. The amino acid your body converts into dopamine and noradrenaline. It is what keeps drive from collapsing when a task gets long, loud or stressful.
- L-Theanine. The reason FOCZ reads as calm rather than wired. It smooths the sharp edge of caffeine and leaves the alertness behind — the classic pairing, in one can.
- B-Complex — B3, B6, B12 and biotin. The unglamorous half. These are cofactors your cells need to actually convert fuel into usable energy.
- Potassium — 100 mg. From coconut water powder rather than a salt blend. Caffeine is mildly diuretic; the electrolyte is there so a long afternoon does not end in a dull headache.
Sweetness, without sugar
FOCZ contains zero grams of sugar and five calories in the whole 355 mL can. Sweetness comes from stevia leaf extract — a plant-derived sweetener — rather than cane sugar, sucralose or aspartame.
That is not just a calorie decision. Sugar is what produces the spike-and-collapse pattern people associate with energy drinks: a fast rise, then a drop that lands you lower than where you started. Take the sugar out and the curve flattens into something you can actually work through.
Flavour and colour
Tropical Punch is built from pineapple, cherry and orange, with citric acid for lift. All flavours are natural. There are no artificial colours and no artificial flavours — which is why the liquid pours clear rather than the neon shade the category usually goes for. Nothing in it needed dyeing.
The result is bright and dry rather than syrupy, closer to a sparkling juice than a candy soda.
